THEY ARRIVED ON TIME. SIMPLE PACKAGING. THEY DID NOT ARRIVE VACUUM PACKED AS I SEE IN OTHER COMMENTS. THEY DO NOT LOOK BAD, I WILL USE THEM TO DECORATE THE BED, NOT TO USE AS A PILLOW, WHICH IS WHAT THEY ARE USED FOR.

Not bad for the price . obviously not the quality you'd expect from a hotel pillow but it's comfortable enough . i've been using it for 2 weeks and it provides adequate support . i'd rate it as medium softness. 5/10 . 10 being the best pillow possible . definately better than a kmart pillow for the same price

Exactly how it looks, you do have to fluff it up a bit, but thats fine. feels like an absolute dream when fluffed. and has a zipper so i can replace the filling.
