The product is as shown in the sample image. The pillow I bought at a similar price was harder and very good, so I bought this as a backup. This one is quite soft and low-rebound. It feels like my head sinks in too much, but it's suitable for people who prefer softness.

It is a soft pillow, very good memory foam. However it came flat and didn’t puff out much when unpackaged. But it is a nice pillow and the slip is very soft.

Definitely a memory foam pillow i think it works pretty well for me. I don’t have any shoulder or neck pain so i can’t review that part of the product but i do sleep better since a regular pillow doesn’t have that stable cushion between my neck and shoulder.
Comfortable, finally comfortable sleeping and my neck doesn't hurt.
