The size and firmness are just right for a cervical pillow. It's my favorite among the ones I bought. The cover is also removable.
This is the best neck support pillow in the market as it's shaped more like a triangle towards the top, which fits into the curvature of the cervical spine nicely. It also feels harder, which provides more support. Most neck support pillows are round and are too soft.

I can take off the baggyt cover and use it after washing. It's hard due to my cervical disc issue, but it's moderately firm and comfortable, which I like. Highly recommended.
